Our Rules Voting Meeting and MAY Open Board meeting will be held
Friday, May 17th at the SYFL office – 5401A Longley Ln #19
Rules Voting Meeting – 6pm
OPEN Board Meeting – 7pm
Final Payment due May 15th. League office will be open Monday May 13th, Tuesday May 14th, and Wednesday May 15th between the hours of 4pm and 6pm for anyone who wishes to drop off a payment.
All Head Coaches and Area Coordinators are eligible to vote at the Rules voting meeting
Next Live Open Registration event will be on May 18th at Wooster High School from 10am until 2pm.
The Rules Committee meeting for Friday May 3, 6pm has been cancelled.
A new date for the meeting will be scheduled soon.

We will be holding a Rules Committee Meeting to review, Amend and Vote in Proposed rule changes which will be effective this season.
Executive Board, Area Coordinators, Rules Committee Members and Head Coaches for Football and Cheer are eligible to vote.

SYFL Board will meet following our Open Registration on Saturday, April 20th at approximately 2:30pm at Hug High School, 2880 Sutro St, Reno NV 89512
Agenda and Minutes from our March 24th meeting will be sent out for review next week prior to allow time to review prior to the meeting.
The next OPEN LIVE registration will be on April 20th, 10am – 2pm @ Hug High School. Please make sure your camp has representation!
Online registration is still available until May 15th. April 20th is the last opportunity for players to sign up for financial aid and payment plans. After that, all players will be required to pay IN FULL. PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR COACHES.
FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON MAY 15TH OR LATE FEES WILL APPLY.
Just a few reminders about the fees to participate in the SYFL:
FINAL PAYMENTS are due by May 15th or late fees will apply. If you have not paid in full by June 1 your spot can be given to another player on the waiting list.
PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE IN MARCH & APRIL ONLY (Last registration where payment plans will be accepted April 20)
ALL ATHLETES MUST PAY A MINIMUM OF $50 TO REGISTER (including those on payment plans or requesting financial assistance)
REGISTRATIONS AFTER JUNE 1: $50 late fee per child for registrations after June 2nd, assuming there is roster space available (no discounts).
Financial Assistance Available, documentation of need required, ask for forms at live registration events.
